SR WORKS makes apps, tools and plugins we would want to use ourselves.
What we make
Pocketbell (opens in a new tab) sends push notifications to your iPhone, iPad and Mac from anything that can make a web request. DNS Button (opens in a new tab) switches your DNS provider in one tap. dnsleak.dev (opens in a new tab) checks whether your VPN is leaking DNS queries.
We also make three WordPress plugins: ArmorPro, CitedPro and BoostPro.
Where we came from
SR WORKS began with WordPress. Our founder, Steve Reinhardt, has been building for the platform for more than twenty years, including two of the original themes that shipped with WordPress default installs, and ran a development and marketing automation agency before starting the company in 2025.
The plugins came from that work. Since then the company has grown into native software for Apple devices and tools for the web.
What we care about
- Less, but better. Every feature has a cost, so each one has to earn its spot.
- Respect for the person using it. No tracking you didn't ask for, no dark patterns, no upsell at every turn.
- Native where it matters. Apps built for the platform they run on, so they feel right.
- Attention to detail. The small things are what make software feel right.
