Welcome to SR Works. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at srworks.co and our WordPress plugins (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.

Plain English Version: We tried to make these terms readable. The key points: use our stuff responsibly, pay for what you use, don't do anything illegal, and we'll do our best to provide great products and support.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Our Products

Our WordPress plugins are sold exclusively through srworks.co as annual subscriptions. Each license includes:

• Access to all plugin features for the duration of your subscription
• Activation on the number of sites included in your tier (Personal: 1 site, Business: 3 sites, Agency: unlimited sites)
• Updates and priority email support for the subscription period

If your subscription expires, your plugin will continue to function but you will no longer receive updates or support. You can renew at any time to restore access. Your settings and data are never lost.

3. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell license keys
• Use a license on more sites than your tier allows
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer our licensing system
• Use our plugins for any illegal purpose

Violation of these restrictions may result in license termination without refund.

4. Payment and Pricing

All purchases are processed through Polar, our merchant of record, using Stripe for secure payment processing. Prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

Polar handles all tax compliance, automatically calculating and collecting sales tax, VAT, or GST based on your location. The applicable tax will be displayed at checkout.

Active subscribers receive priority email support. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Support covers installation help, bug reports, and general usage questions. Support does not include custom development, theme conflicts caused by third parties, or issues with your hosting environment.

7. Intellectual Property

Our website content, branding, and Pro plugin features are protected by intellectual property laws. While our plugins are GPL-licensed (as required for WordPress), our trademarks, logos, and website content remain our property.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission, except to accurately describe our products in reviews or articles.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our plugins will be error-free, secure, or compatible with every WordPress configuration.

While we strive for quality, WordPress is a complex ecosystem. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, or hosting environment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SR Works LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SR Works LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license rights end, but provisions that should survive (like limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Oregon.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15. Affiliate Program

We offer an affiliate program through Affonso that allows you to earn commissions by referring customers to our products. By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to the following:

• Affiliates earn 20% commission for the first 12 months of a referred subscription and 10% on renewals thereafter
• Referrals are tracked via a 30-day cookie set when a visitor clicks your affiliate link
• You may not use misleading claims, spam, or deceptive practices to promote our products
• You may not bid on our brand name or trademarks in paid advertising
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are not permitted
• We reserve the right to reject or reverse commissions obtained through fraudulent or deceptive activity
• We may modify commission rates, cookie duration, or program terms at any time with reasonable notice
• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time
