1. 30-day money-back guarantee
All SRWorks plugin purchases (ArmorPro, CitedPro, BoostPro, and bundles) are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date and we'll process it. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
2. How to request a refund
Contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase quickly.
That's it. No exit surveys, no guilt trips, no "let us try to fix it first" requirements.
3. Refund processing
All refunds are processed through Polar, our merchant of record, powered by Stripe for secure payment processing.
- Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
4. After a refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your license will be deactivated
- Your plugin will continue to function on your site
- You will no longer receive updates or support
- Your WordPress settings and data are never deleted
If you decide to re-purchase later, everything will be right where you left it.
5. Renewals
All subscriptions auto-renew annually for your convenience. We send a reminder email before each renewal so you have time to cancel if you'd like. You can cancel anytime from your account. If you miss the reminder and are charged for a renewal you didn't want, contact us and we'll process a refund for the renewal charge.
6. What is not covered
Refunds do not apply to:
- Purchases older than 30 days — The guarantee window is 30 days from the original purchase date
- License tier upgrades — Upgrades are prorated and non-refundable, though the original purchase guarantee still applies if within the 30-day window
- Issues caused by third parties — Problems caused by other plugins, themes, hosting environments, or software outside our control are not grounds for a refund, though we're happy to help troubleshoot
7. Policy abuse
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product, or bulk license purchases followed by immediate refund requests.
