All SRWorks plugin purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date and we'll process it. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase quickly.

That's it. No exit surveys, no guilt trips, no "let us try to fix it first" requirements.

Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through Polar, our merchant of record, powered by Stripe for secure payment processing.

• Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
• PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your license will be deactivated. Your plugin will continue to function, but you will no longer receive updates or support. Your WordPress settings and data are never deleted, so if you decide to re-purchase later, everything will be right where you left it.

Renewals

All subscriptions auto-renew annually for your convenience. We send a reminder email before each renewal so you have time to cancel if you'd like. If you miss the reminder and are charged for a renewal you didn't want, contact us and we'll process a refund for the renewal charge.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product or bulk license purchases followed by immediate refund requests.
